The proliferation of new super-tall towers on Park Avenue in New York has led to a steady stream of new empty towers owned as safe deposit boxes for those seeking to invest their vast personal wealth. Mostly uninhabited this drawing proposes retrofitting 432 Park Avenue’s 84 floors of single dwellings for 1020 new homeless houses with central social areas and winter gardens around the core.
