One House Per Day no.435, by Fraser Momo, is Mall House. A 260,000sqft Wallmart has taken the mall typology to the extreme. But how will it fare post pandemic? Mall House proposes the evolution of the building into one large mixed use community over two floors. Workspace, cultural facilities, outdoor amenities, low-cost housing all under one roof creates a new form of walkable city.
