One House Per Day n.385, by Freddo Daneshvaran is not a bunker, nor an above ground house. It is an artist residency that consists of a series of connected tubular volume and conical ceiling. The punched openings through the slab softens the zenithal light that enters from above. The artist studio is located on one side of the house accessed by a carved corridor from kitchen. On the opposite side, our artist enjoys a sunken pool. There is a moment where the house reveals itself to the landscape that is celebrated by a beautiful bathtub viewing the sloping grounds.
